One on One begins its 21st year dedicated to improving the athletic potential of baseball players. To instruct individuals on the fundamentals of baseball. To improve an individual's skills and knowledge of the game of baseball to take it to the next level.

The Following is a listing for Group A and Group B of the Winter Clinic:
Group A (3:30 pm to 5:30 pm) Group B (4:30 pm to 6:30 pm) (FULL) ( 3 SPOTS AVAILABLE)
Private and Group instruction year round. Instruction includes Pitching, Hitting, Catching, Infield, Outfield, Base running, Conditioning, Classroom.
Offseason lessons and Clinics will take place at the ROUTE ONE SPORTS in Danvers Massachusetts and the new RAMS ATHLETIC COMPLEX in North Reading. Regular season lessons will be determined at the time they are reserved.

David Gray, a former professional Baseball player, has successfully instructed youth, teens, young adults and collegiate baseball players on the fundamentals of Baseball for over 21 years.
